Incuentro is offering free online social skills classes for students in grades 6-11 (ages 12-17) with autism, ADD, social anxiety, and similar special needs. Completion of pre-program and post-program assessments is required for these free courses. The Lowcountry Mental Health Conference will be taking place July 30-31, 2020 in Charleston, SC. Break-Out Sessions Offered in 2020 Break-out sessions this summer, giving you more choices than ever before!! The conference lunch time will be two hours long so up to five break-out sessions per day may be offered in the Gaillard Salon
The “Traveling The Spectrum” support group is sponsoring an event on healthy sleep habits at the Main Library Saturday January 25th at 2PM. The event is free and open to individuals on the spectrum, their family members, professionals, and interested community members. There will be adult mentors on the spectrum available to share sleep strategies
The SC CEU Workshop is being held September 20th and 21st at Gage Hall in Charleston. Portrait Painting Event Project Rex is teaming up with the Children’s Fine and Performing Arts Foundation (CFPAF) to offer a portrait painting class Tuesday October 9th for children ages 6-12. Participants will receive instruction from a trained artist and will be able to take home their completed portrait. The event will be open from 3:30-6:30
