Criteria for Group Participation
The groups are for those struggling socially but have a desire to develop and strengthen their social skills while making social connections.
Clients must be age appropriately verbal with vocabulary. This does not include speech pronunciation or pragmatic language delays.
Most of our clients are on or near grade level academically.
We do not require a diagnosis to attend, but group participants will be given a diagnosis upon intake for billing purposes. This does not include the parent group.
Parent group participation is mandatory. A parent or legal guardian representative must be present at each parent group session. Parent and Child/Adolescent/young adult groups meet simultaneously.
We ask that families make sure they can make a commitment to the dates and times.

Completing a Project Rex Group Intake
If you are interested in participating in an upcoming or future Rex group, an initial phone screening is required before an intake can be scheduled. To request an intake, please complete the form below. Please allow up to 5 business days for someone to be in contact with you by phone.
