(NOTE: Spectrum sailing did not give a firm deadline but stated “around” this time is when applications would stop being accepted.)
Spectrum Sailing (501c3), the only National Autism Sailing Program, presents a 3-day sailing camp for 10-17 year old autistic kids.
Complete the application below to enter your child into the camp lottery. All parents will be notified if their child was selected to attend camp. Any child not selected via lottery will be added to the waiting list should a spot in camp open up.
Spectrum Sailing Charleston will take place October 3-5, 2025, and will be hosted by College of Charleston, located at:
24 Patriots Point Rd
Mt Pleasant, SC 29464
Spectrum Sailing camps provide opportunities for skill development, social interaction, and confidence building. During each half-day session, sailors will learn knots, boating fundamentals, why the boat sails, and most importantly, how to sail!
Parents will drop-off and pick-up their kids at the same time each day. When completing your application, please indicate if you have a preference for either the morning (9am-12pm) or afternoon (1pm-4pm) session.
Camp is 100% free for all kids to attend, and donations help us keep it that way. Will you help us bring this opportunity to more kids by using this link to make a donation, and/or sharing it with others in your network (friends, family, co-workers, social media, etc)?
