Marina Westphal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2011.
Marina spent eight years as an inpatient therapist at an Arizona psychiatric facility, working with youth ages 6–18, followed by seven years in an Arizona school district supporting students ages 13–22 with emotional, learning, and intellectual disabilities.
After relocating to the Charleston area, Marina joined Project Rex, where she continues her passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, and reach their goals.
